Partnership Development and Management
Our portfolio of partnership development projects includes successful events such as:
- Established and lead working groups of state, local and public health association partners to guide the development of public health reporting software applications, such as the National Center for Public Health Informatics (NCPHI) Countermeasure and Response Administration application.
- Provided conference, meeting planning and support for events including the annual Public Health Information Network (PHIN) Conference, which draws over a thousand public health attendees from throughout the United States.
- Established and lead planning committees for public health conferences.
- Created a partner coalition to sponsor a prototypical Health Information Exchange (HIE) meeting in Washington, DC in January 2008.
- Planned joint conferences and meetings with members of the Association of State and Territorial Health Officers (ASTHO), National Association of County and City Health Officers (NACCHO), Council of State and Territorial Epidemiologists (CSTE), Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL), e-Health Initiative, and the Regenstrief Institute.
- Established a Centers for Disease Control (CDC) working group to gather input on PHIN functional requirements.
- Provided organizational development and design.
